Good Day

First off, what a relief — Hope gained .87 ounces per day since we last saw the nutritionist about three months ago.  Her goal “range” was .4-.9 ounces per day.  She only weighs about 21 1/2 pounds but she’s “back on the curve” — even if the curve is still under the third percentile.  Whatever.  I don’t care.  I’m just relieved that she gained and that we got the nod for doing a good job with what we are feeding her.

I guess after that, there really isn’t much else that’s that important.  A couple of good runs the last two days.  Intervals yesterday and a nice 4-mile tempo tonight.  The right shin is buggin’ but I’ve got an off-day tomorrow, just gotta push the ice.
